Susan - No it's the gallery on 24th with the ceramic mosaics and all the portraits from the Wall Street Journal on its window. I always forget its name.
Those are great. Not that I want one.
They remind me of barber- and beauty-shop art of West Africa, with which I'm sure you're familiar.
