Julia Child ate just about everything and lived a very very long life, so I'm all for it! Mind you, one must take care of oneself, but within reason, because you can't stay in this shell forever.
WAT - She did come around to agree that eating healthy was important, but her argument was always in favor of balance and moderation. A little butter and cream sauce will not kill you if your larger lifestyle is healthy.
