I still can't get over that a change to the State Constitution requires only 50% + 1. They weren't very forward thinking when they wrote that up in 1849/1879.

Mouse - The battle is not over, and it may be won in the courts or back on the ballots with a better stated proposition.

Joe - 50% + 1 + a few million from the (no one dares call them the former polygamists) Mormons. Feh, bleh, meh and a few raspberries.
