I've been watching a lot of HGTV over the last 24 hours and that house is definitely NOT "Designed to Sell"! Clutter! Buyers do not like to see clutter! Hire a stager!
Kidding of course, and can't wait to see what Hello Kitty has in store (and who she has it in for this time).

Robert - If you look out the front door you can see the base of the Eiffel Tower and there is a view of the Louvre from the window on the left.
