Crime (Not Junk) Update.

Is it the economy, summer approaching, the media bored talking about Jeremiah Wright or is there actually an increase in crime in San Francisco? Apparently there has not been a shooting in my immediate neighborhood since the recent one down the street from the store with this sign outside, but SFIST is reporting that most gunshots in the Bayview-Hunters Point and Western Addition go unreported.
