I Love Honey Nut Cheerios, Just Don't Flake Out on Me

How did I manage to go this long not knowing about Kalup Linzy and the All My Churen series? It's so wonderfully subversive and fitting with the upcoming DVD release of Elevator Girls in Bondage from a few generations earlier. I may have to visit New Orleans soon. This is ART.

Your sense is keen -- This is so similar to ELEVATOR GIRLS -- you must have seen that film -- this opened YouTube to some other pieces that with Kalup Linzy that I Iiked better than your first choice. I think I will email the link to Cockette Rumi although I am sure she must be familiar with Kalup Linzy. I think I will make my way to the Hypndrome -- a strange dome-like old shed transformed into a space for strange entertainments.

Jim - Thanks for the tip off of the Elevator Girls DVD release. (I should have credited you as my info source!) The stilted acting, dubbed voices, and an African American drag queen dubbing white men and women is especially subversive.
